Let’s dance—where everything is poetic and fleeting, where nothing can be held, and where nothing is truly still, even in “stillness.”

Through music and guided movement prompts, we step into our imaginations, our own experience and research that allows for new movement qualities to arise. We move continuously supported by guided prompts and music. We invite our whole bodies into the dance— layering and shifting qualities and places of attention, tracing movement from fingertips and toes all the way into the spine, melting into the floor and growing into expansive space. Leaving nothing out, we move alongside all that is here and changing.

The Village is Dancing is an invitation to warm up, build skills, connect, and move within the support of community—a dance that simply couldn’t happen alone. 

All levels of experience are warmly welcomed.
