Asana That Changes Us
What is practice? What is it to be in relationship with our own movement, our own form?
In this workshop, we investigate the patterns that shape our asana practice—patterns that support us, patterns that limit us. Through observation, experimentation, and embodied exploration, we learn to soften habitual effort and discover new pathways into postures.
We cultivate options. A shift in quality, a different kind of attention, a moment of ease—what opens when we move differently? What do we notice when we allow ourselves to be changed?
Through guided practice, witnessing others and one on one support, we engage with movement as a site of transformation, where the body offers its own intelligence, and where practice becomes a place of discovery.
