Join us in honoring the longest of nights and the beginning of longer days. Somatically we’ll settle into this shadowy season while welcoming the increasing amounts of light. This practice includes a few warming movements in addition to restorative yoga postures to center and ground. We will add breath awareness and somatic meditation to increase an intimacy with our own experience while inviting the mind/body into a natural state of balance.
