Being Your Own Softest Place to Land with Rebecca Harrision and Suniti Dernovsek

You are invited to join Suniti and Rebecca for a 2-day dive into being with what is.

Every piece of your experience as a person lives in your body. Turning towards yourself, into your body, can be beautiful, layered, joyous and tender. In our practices together we increase our capacity to show up for what is with kindness and appreciation.

In this 2-day retreat, we will practice in a beautiful studio and outside with the trees. By connecting to the earth and gravity, we remember what holds us. From a place of resource and connectivity we practice noticing how we are treating ourselves. We hold space for each and every part of our experience in our lively bodies.

We cannot help having preferences and judgements of what is happening in any given moment. Even harshness comes up sometimes unbidden. But we can take a momentary pause, with the support of the woods and a warm group of people, to remember that there is space for everything that comes up. And in that kind space, we come back into more ease, with ourselves, our fellow human beings, and life as it is.

Can we be our own softest place to land?
